of Commerce Event Registrant Cancellation Policy
The Bedford County Chamber of Commerce is honored to host
the region’s business and civic leaders at a wide range of events throughout
the year. In an effort to maintain a diverse and relevant slate of high‐quality
events, please be advised of the Chamber’s event refund policy:
Invoicing for event registration fees will be managed based
on receipt of a written cancellation request (email) or phone call during
normal business hours as follows:
- 7 DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO EVENT: registration fees
will not be invoiced.
- 6 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO EVENT: registration fees
WILL BE INVOICED.
- SPONSORSHIP FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, unless the
event is cancelled.
In the event that a registration is paid prior to the
individual’s cancelation within the allotted time, the fee will not be
refunded, but rather credited toward a future event registration of the individual’s
choice.
This policy does not apply to vendor/exhibitor registration fees.
Those policies are determined on an event-by-event basis; please consult appropriate
program materials for complete cancellation details.
Individuals who fail to remit registration fees may be denied admission to future events.
